What’s Not Included (Optional Extras)

Moving furniture – £25 to £50 per room (depending on size/volume)
Door trimming – £30 per door if required
Floor prep – e.g., plyboard or self-levelling for vinyl/LVT, quoted separately

Payment Terms

Carpet & materials – must be paid in advance to Weavor Carpets Ltd before fitting.
Fitting costs – are paid directly to the fitter on the day of installation.

Warranty & Guarantee

Manufacturer’s Carpet warranty applies only when fitted with new underlay supplied by Weavor Carpets Ltd.
All fitting is guaranteed for 12 months.
Issues must be reported promptly so we can resolve them.

Customer Responsibilities

Ensure rooms are ready for fitting (unless you’ve requested our furniture moving service).
Provide access to the property at the agreed fitting time.
Advise in advance of any unusual requirements (large items, unusual layouts, access issues).

Disputes & Resolutions

We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly. If you’re unhappy with any part of our service:
Contact us directly by phone or email.
We’ll respond within 5 working days.
If it’s a fitting issue, our fitter will revisit to resolve where possible.
